I would like to know if finasteride is only effective in the anterior mid scalp region and crown region...not at the front or temple regions ? I would have taken propecia but the website claims it is not effective up front. Let me know your opinion and if this is true.

Sam i recall you used revivgen and xandrox at the same time, how did u use these in conjunction. The revivogen website says u need 3 hours apart from any other substances...how did u overcome this obstacle.

Dod, I personally think if it works in the back, then it works in the front as well. If androgentic alopecia is caused by DHT binding with the androgen receptors on the hair follicles in affected areas, then reducing 5ar should be effective in all places where DHT can bind to the receptor.I would like to know if finasteride is only effective in the anterior mid scalp region and crown region...not at the front or temple regions ? Minoxidil has been proven to work in the crown but I have seen first hand in myself that it also works in the front, as have many others, the point being that the studies typically limit the areas observed in order to more easily control for and verify the results.
All of this is my own personal opinion. But of course I'm not a doctor so my opinion should not be used as advice.
With regards to both Revivogen and Xandrox. I would apply them at least 3 hours apart from each other where I could, but I didn't always follow the rule.
