Does Spiro 5% necessarily mean its stronger and more efficient than the 2% version? (like in minox).
I see some guys use 2% in the morning and 5% at night. Is this because 2% is a lotion and 5% is a cream? Do you guys think twice a day is necessary? I heard that Spiro's effect is very short term so twice a day is better.

When I was using spiro 5%, Dr. Lee said it was preferable to use it twice a day for maximum effect. He said that once a day use was still good however. I personally think that 5% once a day is enough as part of an overall regimen. I'm not sure how much more effective it is to use 5% over 2%.
