People ages 18 to 60 and suffering from complete hair loss on top of their heads may benefit from a new medication now being studied by Via Christi Research.

Researchers need volunteers willing to try a topically applied medication for oily skin. The study requires two overnight stays at the research facility at 1100 N. St. Francis.

Participants may earn up to $2,175 for completing the month-long study, officials said.
