Jacob, I have been thinking about adding something like to my regimen for a little while. Does this stuff come in a bottle where you can pour it out or in capsules?

Are you using Krill oil? I am all for the EFAs. I think I get a fair share from all the sushi I consume. Love the stuff.

When it comes to supplements I prefer the plant-bases sources, like Flax oil and evening primrose oil.

Yep..been using it ever since I could get my hands on it. It comes in gel-caps...but it sounds like a pourable liquid version(various fruit flavors) is in the works.

I think the last time I ordered I got it from Iherb..the Nature's Way brand. It always pays to shop around

Sam..ever look into cranberry seed oil? I take a combo that contains it. More companies are selling the stuff on it's own, so will most likely switch to that.
