Does anyone watch the Tyra Banks show?

If so...I guess last week sometime she had a whole show devoted to hairloss- for women and men. Supposedly they had some 66 year old guy on who was growing hair on slick bald areas. I'll leave out the person's name who gave me this info..to protect her from embarrassment(I can't believe this was on and nobody is talking about it)...but she thought the guy didn't start losing his hair until his mid 50's or so. Another late 20's guy was also there. He had some regrowth..only been using it a few weeks at the most.

They were both exicted about it.

The women were not using it. One talked about how well minox was working for her. Etc.

Supposedly it's some topical...she can't remember the name..thought there were numbers in it. TB4? Asia or India did sound familiar to her.(yes, she's blond). All natural it seemed. She didn't catch the whole show. Maybe she woke up at that point.

It's supposed to be out- approved- in 1 to 2 years. Still sounds a little like TB4.

I did a search for "hair" and "alopecia"..nothing about what..I'll call her Ann..said. She still swears it was on..and on that show.

I feel kind of bad for Tyra Banks. I think she's great, but I do not care for her show. I tried to watch it in the past. It has never been able to hold my attention.

So, I didn't see the hair loss show. I'll check the web and see if I find anything on it.

Just did a quick check. I didn't see it mentioned on heralopecia and the ladies there usually post whenever alopecia is mentioned on any talk show or news program.

I checked Tyra's site and only found that she did a wig show for women suffering from alopecia areata.

I checked out Oprah's site too....but knew she didn't do the show. Women keep writing her asking her to do a show on female hair loss and to date she has not done that.

I wonder if it was in that "wigs" show..or maybe a commercial during the show. She swears it was during her show though.

I sent a message via their online form..never heard back.
