Hair Vitamins
Some people on some other boards seem to like the effect that taking a hair vitamin has on their hair. Has anyone here had any experience taking one?

I tried Natrecia from the Raztek (Crinagen) folks. Not sure if it made any difference. I think a good multivitamin and some additional supplements (gse, MSM, green tea extract, various amino acids, etc.) help overall, but can be a burden on the wallet.
Of course if you can afford it, its probably worth it to take a multivitamin for general health, and some of the other stuff that may help with hair health is good for general health as well.

I have always felt that eating your vitamins is better than digesting a pill.
Good supplement foods:
Kashi "Heart to Heart" Oatmeal - contains Grape Seed Extract, Green Tea Extract, Chicory Root and 100% of E, B6, B12, Folic
Kashi "Lean" cereals: usually made with Soy flour and other good alternatives. Flaxseed too.. also used in Uncle Sam's
Cliff's Bars or Zone bars: The most natural of the meal bars and has a whole host of vitamins and lean protein. They are very filling and can sub as 3/4 of a lunch.
