My New Regimen

42 yo male, I'd say diffuse thinning and receding however for whatever reason it always looks pretty good (i.e. I dont look like balding guy except if it is wet/etc)

I used to use Finasteride/Xandrox and experimented with a few other topicals. Been off all of them for 2-3 years and recently it is really starting to catch up. After reviewing various forums, here is my new regimen, I'll post monthly updates;

AM
Alpecin Caffeine Shampoo 5x per week, Emu Oil Shampoo 2x per week
Equisomin and/or Equiclear 5x per week, Alpecin After Shampoo Liquid 2x per week
Xandrox 15 at temples

PM
Eucapil

So you've just started this regimen?

I'm curious to know what you think about the Alpecin products...and do they recommend twice a week for the topical?
