Lipoxidil Minoxidil

Lipoxidil Minoxidil
On Lipoxidil site they have this Minoxidil 5% for people with sensitive skin. I think that they use water in it to cut down on alcohol and PG. Does anyone know how effective this minox would be with such a little amount of alcohol and propylene glycol? Thanks.

I'm not sure if you're aware, but Jacob has setup a thread where you can ask questions directly from Lipoxidil in this forum.
