DIM supplements

Everyone should be taking this stuff! I'm not on it yet, and I'm looking for the best quality supplier of it but after reading that editorial on this site about broccoli and DHT I started looking into it some more and I think I am going to start using it. I'll keep you guys posted on it.

Anyone using it already?

Just wanted to let you guys know that I managed to get some dim (not dim sum)...

I got it at a local health food store. I think it can't hurt to use it when it is known to block dht like that research that Sam pointed out here a while back.
