Help, its falling out, any advice

Post by cj »

for the past year my hair has been thinning,
What could be the causes, I have moved from Canada to Korea and this is where I started to notice it. It was not dramatic but after 10 weeks in the sun and sand in thailand my hair has started to thin very quickly and I have no idea what to do. I 've read thatto much sun can do damage along with dirt and sweat which there was plenty of in Thailand. What should I do! If anyone can give some advice pleaee do.

please help

Is your hair loss patchy? Or is it a pattern type of hair loss that fits somewhere on the norwood scale?

That would be my first question. My thought is that most likely you're experiencing the beginnings of male pattern baldness, in which case I would recommend you start using minoxidil 5% and finasteride 1mg to 1.25mg immediately. If you are not comfortable taking an internal dht inhibitor like finasteride (in pill form either propecia or proscar) then I would recommend revivogen or topical spironolactone

Sam
