You know, I actually heard of this "cure" maybe 10 years ago. The problem with it is it is pretty difficult to prove. You would probably have to rub your fingernails together every day for about a year to see if it did anything, and I doubt anybody ever has the stamina to do it. Of course the good thing is it doesn't cost any money.
