MSM

Hi All

Does anyone have experience with this? Does it actually make your hair grow faster/thicker? I am thinking of getting the Jarrow's Hair and Nail formula from iherb plus some toco vitamin E.

Its not gonna do much by itself if you want to fight hair loss. However, it is beneficial to your hair and is a nice compliment to any regimen. So if you want to fight hair loss then add it to the regimen and you will see benefits.

Makes your hair and nails grow faster at doses of 2000mg/day and up. Doesn't really fight MPB but can make things look thicker in therms of hair strength.

I think there are plenty of good MSM companies/products out there..but these guys brag about theirs being used in that Cellular Matrix Study:
