Sent them an email regarding the ingredient list but it seems that the mode of penetration is BG and ethanol as stated on the japanese website. A local distributor replied me with the ingredients (Note: edited got a reply for the full list):

the link you posted is like a what, upgraded version? It cost much more than the other one you originally posted over at regrowth.
Anyways, for those who are interested (if any), i emailed my local distributor and ask her about the delivery mechanism (im pretty sure she knows nothing and i requested her to contact Japan), and heres the reply. Oh and i also ask if we could get any discounts if we happen to order more:
I have requested our Japan office to reply on the list of ingredients. As for the effective delivery of the product, we are pleased to inform that our PARS FGF-7 is nano sized and therefore, can effectively react with the receptor directly without any need for other mechanical stimulation.
If you can amass any order above 12 bottles, we would be pleased to offer a one time 30% special discount. You will like to note that one will need minimum 3 bottles over a 6 month period.
We will revert once we have news from Japan.
And actually ive emailed the japanese directly prior to this just in case she doesnt reply but they have yet to reply. I guess i will ask for the publication like a pdf or something and the trial done? Any issues that anyone would like me to ask as well?
PS: im just looking for another topical to slot in while waiting for Hairgen in oct.
