Hello everyone, I have just stumbled upon this device on the internet called Freestyler. Does anyone have any opinion about it? It looks very dynamics and fun and they are promising great effects in a short period of time because of multiaxis functional training. They are also promising better peripheral blood flow which brings more nutrients to your hair folicles. Does anyone think this might be a good way to improve hair growth.

Re: freestyler-functional dynamics
If unintentional: though aerobic excersices are good in general and thereby influence hair health to some degree, their overall impact on hair loss for someone with andogenic alopecia is going to be very limited. There is nothing about this product specifically which makes it better at keeping you and your hair healthy than other aerobic activities. Andogenic alopecia is not a vitamin or nutrient deficiency. It is a genetic predisposition to androgen (hormone) sensitivity. If dressing up in tights and strapping yourself to a board and doing some excersices for a while cured hair loss, do you really think there would be any bald people out there? Surely you must have noticed there are millions of balding atheletes? Having said that, excersicing is good for you. But don't waste your money on "as-seen-on-tv" infomercial type products believing they will give you effortless results. There are a billion great ways to train. Swimming, running, cycling, climbing, martial arts, going to the gym, skiing, sports etc etc. Just make sure you train hard and regularly. You don't need a plastic board and you don't need the tights.
