Sensitive scalp
There is an area at the back of my head that is always really sensitive, and I can always feel a slight pain (as if someone was sticking a needle in my scalp). I went to a dermatologist, but he said that my scalp was perfectly healthy. (Yeah, right...) For about 6 months now I've had a small wound that never seems to heal in exactly the same area. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

I am shaving my head, and I may have cut myself. Every once in a while it heals off, but then my scalp goes all flaky, and it gets inflamed again. Maybe it is folliculitis, but I've only got this one spot that never seems to heal. The scalp in the surrounding area has been very sensitive for many years.

For the wound anyway...Manuka honey may be good to try. http://bio.waikato.ac.nz/honey/special.shtml
