Good find Sam. I have a feeling that Omega-3's are still beneficial to our health but this study definetely does raise some questions. I definetely want to hear what Jacob has to say.

I think the guy's environmental statement at the end there makes him a little fishy.

Just taking Omega-3 supplements may not do much either. What were their lifestyles like? Other eating habits?

They still said there Omega-3's are good. It's up in the air as to how good they are for heart health, I guess. Just like everything else out there. One day you read- this is good for you. A year later...well, maybe not.

BTW..this is yet another reason why I like krill oil. It's more than just an Omega-3 supplement.

I'm convinced that Omega 3's have improved my skin. I don't know about my hair :D , but my skin looks a lot better. I don't believe in too many alternative treatments, but I do think there is something to Omega 3 intake.
