My regimen currently is just X15 and X5, blueshard pointed out to me that i should boost my regimen by applying a dht inhibitor such as spironolactone.
My confusion I thought that xandrox causes hair growth and dht inhibtion on the scalp at the same time. If not, have I been wasting my time just using xandrox on its own ?
So if i were to purchase a dht inhibitor which is better revivogen or spironolactone topical. Im worried about side effects with spiro.
by the way thanks for your reply in the previous thread blueshard
Cheers

The reason why I recommended the dht inhibitor is because the azelaic acid in Xandrox does not have that much data backing it as actually inhibiting dht when applied topically to the scalp. It may very well do that, but to be sure I would definitely add dht blocker. It is very unlikely that you will get any side effects from topical spiro. Revivogen is a great product to inhibit dht also. I think that it is up in the air as to which is better. How does you scalp feel these days with the Xandrox, is it itching or irritated?
