red spot

I have a red irritated spot rid smack dead center on my hairline, this is the only part of my scalp that is irritated. Tsal doesnt get rid of it, emu oil does nothing, aloe vera does nothing, i cannot use folligen and other products becuase i am allergic to the PPG in them. What the hell do I do.. Hair wont grow there because it is irritated.. anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like it may be seborrheic dermatitis or eczema, or maybe even alopecia areata, but I am not a doctor so do NOT take my word for it. I suggest asking Dr. Khadavi this question and then setting up an appointment with a dermatologist in your area.

Give a bit more detail about the spot when you ask Dr. Khadavi: How big is it (the spot)? Is it a round patch? Does it itch? Is it a completely bald patch surrounded by hair? Is it oily and/or does it appear infected?
