Roller-ball applicator

While applying Capillogain this morning I was thinking how nice it'd be to be able to apply the stuff a couple more times during the day- on the most stubborn areas. The problem is there's no way I'm taking the bottle around with me. I wouldn't even care to put some in a smaller bottle, if it's a dropper type deal or something.

So...I remembered getting an email on some new under-eye product that used a roller-ball applicator. It'd be nice to have a roller-ball version of Cap( Even if it's not going to be recommended to apply Cap more than twice a day ) , or any other liquid product one uses for hair loss. Just roll it on the receded areas and/or crown. I can see many even wanting to use it as their main application method.


I did a quick search and there actually is a hair loss product/company using such an applicator: http://lorealprofessionnel.co.uk/blog/scalp-care/ Supposedly "99% people were satisfied with the new and improved applicator**" ...it doesn't say what % preferred it over other modes of application though...

It'd still be nice to have the products already in such a bottle/applicator..but this will do for now.

Good idea, but I fear it works only with plain hydroalcoholic vehicles. It may work with our vehicle, have to test it, but thick liposomal vehicles will surely clog up the ball-tip. I already used such an applicator for the eyes some years ago.

In the past I've used deodorants that were thicker than Cap..they were roll-ons. But those were BIG roll-ons.
Let me know please if you do try it..or otherwise I'll get one of those refillable ones and test it out. I wonder if a Walgreens or other store would have something...

Go for it, test it, I don´t think that I will find the time to test it soon.

I forgot to give an update on this. It does actually work quite good. The only problem is leakage, which doesn't happen if you keep it...ball up Might not have to worry about that with a better quality one.
