I've posted in the past about Seacure..which you'd think would be just as good if you think it'll help :-k

Hi Jacob, I have tried one box of the new Viviscal Extra Strength and it has done my hair a great amount of good. I really have noticed accelerated hair growth. I need to continue the treatment to see other measurable effects.

How would you like it as a shake? There's some bodybuilding company that is supposed to be coming out with fish protein shake  I'm assuming they've found a way to avoid the smell issue...

The taste of the pills is awful if it get stuck in my mouth!

I am not a fan of shakes:< but that's an interesting way to rev up protein intake for bodybuilders with added benefits for the hair..

Are you taking fish proteins? What supplements are you taking currently Jacob?

I'm currently not taking any fish protein supplement. I was taking Seacure for awhile though.

The hair supplement I now take(I no longer take JarrowSill separately because of it and the others listed below) is: http://www.europharmausa.com/products/h ... w-formula/

For the winter months..as I've done the past number of years...I take http://www.futurebiotics.com/product/37 and http://www.swansonvitamins.com/lee-swan ... l-30-sgels The latter one..thankfully around Fall they've had a buy one get 1 free sale going on each year.
And also http://www.ascentahealth.com/products/h ... ege-200-ml this year. Other years it was just coconut oil..which I do still take from time to time.

I think another worth mentioning that I take is Swanson's fermented combo- the liquid: http://www.swansonvitamins.com/health-l ... pre-b.html I had taken their capsules before but it's nice actually tasting the stuff and getting more with the liquid. More info here: http://www.prebioticproducts.com/

Also PQQ... switched from Resv to this http://www.swansonvitamins.com/swanson- ... 0-veg-caps ..then my protein shakes..probiotics at times..etc .

Sorry about all the links..it makes it easier for me to look up when I update my regimen profile etc 8)

Thanks for the supplement update Jacob. Do you know the supplement brand Solgar?

I have tried their hair and nails, omnium, VM 2000, Omega 3 6 9, and biotin. They are very expensive and there is also the Arkopharma supplements that I take.

I am a bit tired of all these expensive supplements and wonder if all of these are really absorbed into my body..

Solgar I'm aware of..we can get them here too. Good brand imo.

I think it can be very hard to gauge how or if any supplement(s) is doing anything for one's hair loss..which is different than noticing your hair growing faster and/or thicker because of them. Especially if you're also using topicals and "hair loss" shampoo etc. Now I can tell the skin supplements I mentioned help...or I wouldn't be using them every winter. Same for things like that fermented product- for digestive health etc. If the hair ones and anything else I'm taking are doing much for my hair loss/regrowth...I may never know for sure. Although if I do notice some improvement I'll probably have to stick with whatever I'm using..topicals included.
