Hair loss help
Hello!
I am a man, 23 years old and my hair is falling since highschool.
Now, it's rare in font and on the top of the head but in rest is fine.
When i shower(once at 2 days) falls a lot, i think is it normal since on the back isn't rare?
I have from someone who does this things, has a website with info about hairfall and a program, about the exercies that implies putting pressure on your scalp, on the areas where the hair is falling, to stop the bones from falling.
My question is if i do that, is there a risk to damage something or to get in the natural way of the head growth or something else?
Shortly, is there a danger with those exercises(putting pressure with your hands on your head).
If there's not, i will try it for a time(1 year at least), i heave nothing to lose
And i will try some natural DHT inhibitors like nettle root, saw pallmetto.
Waiting for your answers! Thank you!

Re: Hair loss help
Welcome Maof01,
I doubt these exercises can do anyhting... As this is the most simple remedy in the world, ancients should have used it since a long time. As you can see we still have a lot of bald people... forget about this.
You should first try a good shampoo to fight inflammation like regenpure or more natural like peter lamas. For the internal dht innhibitors you will need to be serious about it and add all the nutrients needed by your hair. However do'nt expect results until 3 months... Check also for some topicals, this will help (capillogain, peter lamas or other good stuff that Jacob is using).
Good luck

Thank you for your answer!
I've found maliniak method website. it says about scalp massage and http://www.hairloss-reversible.com/my_approach2.htm about scalp massage.
I wash my hair with natural bar shampoo from different oils and when i don't have those, with dissolved sodium bicarbonate.
I am not from us. i don't know about peter lamas.
i will drink nettle root tea, pumpkin seeds and saw palmetto. All for dht.

I've studied the shape of the head of bald people and it's more round compared to a head that has hair. Don't know what to believe

No clue. These scalp exercises etc have been around for years. If you have time to do it etc...go for it...but I wouldn't rely on it. I use a Hair Sonic..which massages...but I use it mainly for shampoo'n and applying certain topicals.

Thank you for your answer! what do you mean by hair sonic?
I used some hair tinctures made from different plants? Is that what you mean?
It started regenerating and stopped falling for you?

Hehe, I see you are optimizing your regiment to the max Nice device... do you also use some kind of LLT? I use the hairmax lasercomb but it really seems a waste of time However I use it when I watch TV, I suppose it can't hurt except for the money...Jacob wrote:No clue. Re: Hair loss help
Well the massaging brush attachment I use with certain topicals, but the cleansing brush obviously does a good job of massaging as well. I use the device instead of my fingers to work up/in the shampoo for about 2 minutes..then let the shampoo sit for an additional 3-5 minutes.maof01 wrote:So do you massage just when you wash you head?

Re: Hair loss help
It is a nice device If anyone is interested though- shop around..there are similar devices out there and Tei Spa where I had gotten mine has 'em on sale from time to time..plus I think there's a $10 coupon for signing up for their newsletter/updates.prozium wrote:Hehe, I see you are optimizing your regiment to the max Nice device... do you also use some kind of LLT? Never used a LLT device. The Laser Cap- http://www.hairlossfight.com/forums/vie ... 42&p=18941 - would be the one I'd use if I did(and could afford). I was pretty interested in the Lasercomb and other similar devices years ago but never bothered since I knew it'd be a pain and I wouldn't stick with it.

Re: Hair loss help
@jacob do you know where i can find hair sonic in europe? They don't ship outside US
@maof, I personnaly use nizoral and natural anti dht complex. It has slowed down the loss but it's not a miracle. I assume minox and propecia are the best but the side effect are too bad for me. I also use other experimental stuff but it's hard to tell if it works...

I know Amazon ships nearly anywhere: http://www.amazon.com/Scalp-Cleansing-A ... B001MUND3Iprozium wrote:@jacob do you know where i can find hair sonic in europe? They don't ship outside US
The review on there is goofy. I rinse mine off after use and everything..don't know what that person is talking about.
Also see this thread for other options..including a similar/cheaper one posted by Fizzball- don't know whether to believe the reviews on that one either: http://www.hairlossfight.com/forums/vie ... php?t=1935
Vid on the Hair Sonic if you haven't already seen it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F2wCQODSL8s

Hello and welcome
1. Any? Yeah there's at least one It's pretty much all natural...
2. No
3. It probably would be a good idea to continue with it..and/or with other things.
