Quintessence by Leonor Greyl

Hi everyone, I finally got my long-awaited Masque Quintessence by Leonor Greyl.

Was it worth it?

The answer is a big YES. Since I got the hair mask last monday I have already used it four times already; I can't get over the smell, the texture and most importantly, the result.
I have tried all types of hair masks for my hair, from high-end brands, some were good, others were better and this is one is spectacular!

At 135 US Dollars, it better outperformed its partner, the Reviviscence shampoo also by Leonor Greyl. And the verdict? It does. The key ingredient being Manketti oil which release moisture over time so that the hair fibre is left supple, vibrant, bouncy and full of life. It is touted as the ultimate weapon for desperate, fried, most damaged hair and I had to try it.

Am I ever so glad I did!

My hair texture has changed since using the Quintessence Masque, I currently love my hair. This masque has given it a new lease of life and much needed volume.

There are two ways of using this mask; either as a pre-shampoo treatment or after shampooing. I tried both and the before shampoo, leaving it on my hair all-night gave me the best result. The Quintessence masque has the signature Amaranth extract and Sea Lavender extract found in the Reviviscence shampoo along with other exotic oils. It is a very rich conditioner/mask with the texture and colour of buttery cream while the smell, it smells of a beautiful summer garden. I know this has nothing to do with the product's efficacy but smell is so important to me aside of being botanical with no mineral oils and parabens.

I already told my husband I want this masque for my next birthday present, it makes my hair feeling and looking like a million bucks while being a real sensory experience at the same time.

Cheers,

Hi everyone,
I coloured my hair a couple of days ago and it got all brittle and dried. I slathered the Leonor Greyl Quintessence mask on my hair and left it overnight. When I washed my hair the next day, it completely turned around my hair.

This mask works on the most damaged hair. In fact, the more damaged and chemically processed the hair is, the more you notice great results.

When I took pictures of my hair to post, I had just used the Quintessence mask, that's why it was incredibly shiny and healthy.

Fizzball, you should give this mask a try if you want to splurge on your hair. I SAY SPLURGE BECAUSE AT 135 USD, it is a big splurge but it exceeded my expectation.

Cheers,
Natasha26

I'll look into it and put it on my trial list and see what happens within the next few months. I have found a source for this which will set me back 142.06 which includes shipping and some sort of free gift.

Sure I can, I can understand the need to look your best, the irony is we learn about this stuff when its too late, some of us have become very knowledgeable concerning hair and could easily become involved in the field with an edge on many others.

Let me know how you go and if the free gift appears for you also in the cart.

Yes that is so true. If I did what I am doing to my hair 12 years ago or so, I would still be having most of my hair.

But I don't feel ashame anymore if my hair accidentally part to where my scalp is showing as I know I am doing the best I can to treat it. I believe everyone on this forum is doing just that.

I will let you know and look for other deals on other site as well.

Ok so I took a look on several sites and all of them are at 141 USD and the Nordstrom one was offering a gift of 11 samples.

The cheapest I have found is Amazon where the mask is at 126 USD.

I am using this mask everyday as I bleached my hair to lighten my hair colour to golden brown at home but so far my hair is still feeling like hair with the mask.

Fizzball, have you been able to order the Quintessence hair mask?

How is it working for you?

I didn't get a chance to order it as I had a lot going on but as of right now I am not sure if I should go for this or Valmont's mask.

If you looking for incredible shine and hydrating and repairing damaged hair, I would say go for the Quintessence mask.

But if you are looking to treating the overall scalp and hair, I would say go for the Valmont's mask.
