..may be a decent topical applicator. Saw 'em at Walmart..but have yet to buy/try. The one pictured seems to be one to stay away from though..as the company said they've redesigned it.

I stopped using hair color since I noticed that some of my hair are falling already. Is this safe for the scalp?

Since it's just an applicator..it should be perfectly safe for the scalp.
