Pills

Post by Dod »

Hi to fellow hair loss sufferers ,

Before i start id like to say cheers for all the advice in the past from people on this website.

Im not one for pills and i dont think im quite ready for propecia, proscar etc.

Aside from these medically appproved drugs that combat hair loss, i would like to know what multivitamin combo is truly beneficial.

Such as what multivitamins to take etc. There are so many different combinations people take that i have no idea of where to start. Also im quite sceptical of multivitmains etc as they have not been medically approved in combating hair loss. How can multivitamins etc. combat genetically predispositioned hair loss ? Has anyone truly helped improve their hair loss with multivitamins, MSM etc. ? Sounds like a waste of money to me. But im a liberal type of man and open to options and opinions.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Dod

if your hairloss is genetic...MPB..then you're wasting your time and money on vitamins. they might change the the way your hair looks with time i.e texture etc as its basically nourishment for your hair but it wont stop hairloss. if you still insist on taking vits try centrum multivit. or 'hairvit' , maybe even perfectile?.

like i said they wont help you with your hairloss, you'll thin out despite taking vits and if its mpb you have, you wont have hair left to nourish with vits.

dont waste time, get on fin, nizoral or revivogen.

i'm on fin, and going through sides though at the moment , its day 11 i think and still absolutely no sex drive. these sides better subside

best of luck to you
