Anything new on the anti-aging front?

Post by Brunz19 »

I tried doing a search on the net and was bombarded with a lot of confusing text. I know some here are pros at searching and finding new products. Just wondering if there was anything new in regards to (just to name a few) resveratrol, HGH, telomeres, telomerase, etc. Or perhaps if anyone is already taking something, and would like to express their opinion on it?

Do you mean supplement wise or topical wise?

I meant more internally.

Sure, I think it's imperative that one uses topicals to initiate cellular activity, but I think to actually reverse the clocks of time on the body, one needs to start from the inside out. Include the whole body and not just a section of scalp.

Your using pretty abstract words so im not sure what you mean.

Internally you should aim to reduce DHT via :

1) reduced stress levels
2) reduce DHT
3) reduce saturated fats and sugars

Thanks
