We're late January now, and in the past I used to have 1 or 2 colds by this time of the year.
But for the 1st time in my life (i'm 40) i got no cold / no flu / nothing this year, while all members of my family got ill at least once.
I put it on magnesium and vitamin C pills i'm taking everyday, but LLLT may have to do with it.
