Best thing for after sun exposure?
For after being in the sun for an extended period, tanning, or even getting sun burnt, what are the best things to use (internal or external) to keep your skin as healthy as possible?

Something like this would be good prior to sun exposure: http://www.lef.org/Vitamins-Supplements ... de=SEO004W I took another brand prior to the LEF stuff coming out...worked well. Contained just the Polypodium leucotomos extract.
GliSODin may be another...krill oil..etc. I recall when on Renewal Antioxidants from Source Naturals some benefits in this area. It contains GliSODin and much more.
LEF has a decent topical if all natural isn't necessary: http://www.lef.org/Vitamins-Supplements ... PF-30.html
I mentioned in another forum a product that is also good to protect against skin cancer..I think it can even help reverse early stages of it. I'm sure it'll come to me eventually...
And the Liposomal SOD ones are something I've been meaning to try: http://www.beautyworks.net/shop/brands- ... s/ultrasun Notice the "ULTRASUN Aftersun Liposome SOD"

Ok..here are the expensive "anti-cancer" products I was referring to:

Another available there: http://www.antiaging-systems.com/script ... 0300#a0300
Here's a clothing line I posted about before..supposed to help with body acne as well: http://www.sunsoul.com/home.aspx?Region=Canada

And I know we have a scalp suncreen thread somewhere...You may have heard of clothing that has a UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) rating, meaning it offers a certain amount of UVA and UVB defense to the areas it covers. You may also be familiar with the practice of using blue light to help heal acne. But we're guessing you're currently unacquainted with an amazing line of clothing that marries the two technologies.
SunSoul, based in Toronto, creates clothing made with what they call Fluorescent Therapeutic Materials, a first-of-its kind fabric that not only boasts excellent UV protection, but also selectively enhances the sun's healthy bands to benefit your skin.
In the case of SunSoul's blumöd line, the material transforms broad-spectrum light into a narrow wavelength of blue light, which improves the appearance of blemished skin by killing acne-causing bacteria. Ideal for body breakouts, the blumöd shirts (available in men's, women's and unisex styles) are made to be worn in the sun for at least two hours each week, as the results increase with the amount of sun exposure. (So it's important to apply—and reapply—sunscreen to uncovered areas.)
If you're already the outdoorsy type who enjoys regular bike rides or hikes, these sporty tops are a no-brainer—and no-breakout—for active apparel.

Here's one that seems to be good for both pre and after sun:
http://www.skinwithin.com/sun_protect_repair.php
Contains EUK134..which is a good one for the scalp(some hair products contain it). This or the Ultrasun liposomal sod would be nice for that....
