Hi there,
Has anybody had good to excellent results by just taking beta-sitosterol, whether that be maintenance or regrowth. As we all know beta-sitosterol is the active ingredient in saw palmetto. It seems to be a well-known fact that beta-sitosterol is 3000 times more potent than saw palmetto. So why are folks opting for saw palmetto, pygeum, stinging nettles, etc, when beta-sitosterol is more powerful? Also, it seems like beta-sitosterol is the natural equivalent to Propecia. Please give me your thoughts.

The problem with these natural supplements is that there are not any studies or anything to prove that they help at all with hairloss. They very well may help but there are only testimonials to suggest this. If I were you I would look into blocking DHT through a topical means, get on propecia, or both.
