resveratrol side effects?

I'm considering starting 500mg of resveratrol (50% trans) 3-4 times weekly, along with curcumin (part of Immortal Hair's plan) and was curious to see if anybody has experienced any bad side-effects from using it?

From a few google searches, it seems that some people love it, but other people experience loose bowels, joint pain, and a whole host of other stuff that isn't so great, just looking for some additional feedback.

Just start out with a small dose and work your way up. I haven't noticed any sides..from either one. So far.

The main reason due to which people complain about negative Resveratrol side effects is that they either consume Resveratrol in lesser dosage or the intake exceeds the normal level.

I've asked my cousin who've taking MX Resveratrol Complex, a resveratrol supplement. I know she's taking this for almost 4 months already. When I've asked her about the side effects, she said there's no side effects when she started to take it. in fact, according to her it helps her to reduces stress, lowers cholesterol and boosts her immune system. I agree with Jacob, start out with a small dose and work your way up.
