It's supposed to obviously boost the immune system. I'm HORRIBLE with taking stuff like this, so I'm not really sure I took it regularly enough to realize the benefits. I still have some left, so maybe I'll take the rest of it.

I actually have been really sticking with the Lean Muscle Meals, the iodine for hypothyroidism, and a couple of other things, though, and I have noticed a definite difference in my energy level.

Yeah..even "regular" whey can help in that area. One of the reasons I take it.

I'll also be taking or have on hand DelPro(Probiotics with DelImmune)...xtra Vit D(see Mercola's preaching)...and that's about it besides the other stuff I take(such as colostrum..whey...etc). No Flu shots for me. Ever. =;
