Damo,

Your results look excellent! And at 7 months, you may still see even more improvement as your hair grows out. Congra

It's not the route I'd go but I must say it does look pretty good.

My situation is such that, for now at least, I don't have to think about grafts etc. I had pretty bad diffuse thinning about 4 years ago. Got that under control and thickened things up nicely. Now I'm just hoping to hang onto what I have and possibly get some more regrowth in the receded areas. A couple of spots could also use some thickening up although they arean't noticable unless my hair would be very short.

I have a lot to be thankful for considering what many are having to go thru....

Jacob, I'm glad you're happy with the results you've had. Which product do you think has helped you the most, and why?

Regards,

I really couldn't answer that, Sam. I would say the combo of a good diet and exercise...certain supplements I took/take including Natren probiotics..and various topicals I used. The ones I used the longest were FNS and Medicated Mohkatsurin(procyanidins based topical)- I used them both for over 3 years. I also used liposomal SOD during those years(when I could get it)...as well as Lipozyt Plus and a few other topicals not really made for hairloss. These I used mainly on the "slick" areas.

I didn't even necessarily use each of those products every day, either. To save money plus I like to give me scalp a break from time to time.

Jacob do you think that when i get another 1100 grafts put in soon that it will really thicken up the front to mid region.I have already had 1300 grafts put in 8 months ago.

damo...it obviously should help but I really couldn't tell you. Since it's not something I'd do(at least now) I really haven't followed it that much..sorry.
