Is laser best used on mildly wet scalp or dry scalp.
Is it better to use after applying emu oil.

I find that using my LLLT device after a shower, with a clean scalp and still slightly damp is the best. Emu oil may enhance it but you have to be careful how much you apply because you can over do it.
