sure, they do in the Netherlands...we are famous of it 
maybe it is good to melt them first before applying on your hair.
btw for me it would be good to also make the first grey hairs colourish again

Why not try the salted version? Hmmm..make your own shampo with it. Call it Double Z shampoo.
And yeah..I o.d. on zouts when I get them. Which is why I only get them as gifts. I've told my credit card companies not to take any charges from dutch licorice type places
