Hi all, I'm restructuring my supplements. Would like house recommendations on what to take AM or during the day and what to take late PM or before sleep.

Ubiquinol
B12
B complex
D3
Glucosamine MSM
Iodine solution

You can try why protein if you are training,If not then don not use supplements all your body needs is nutrition which is needed for the body.
Having the correct diet and exercising is the basic thing.
