What are the side-effects of Propecia?
According to Merck, the producer of Propecia, sexual side-effects occurred in a small percentage of men. These side-effects included less desire for sex, difficulty in achieving an erection, or a decrease in the amount of semen.
Each of these side-effects occurred in less than 2% of men and went away in men who stopped taking Propecia. It should be noted that at this time there are no studies showing the side-effects that may occur with long-term use of Propecia.
