How I use the Products in my Regimen (my 2003 to present regimen)

Morning:

Shampoo with Nizoral and/or Nioxin Bionutrient Cleanser (Nizoral only 3 times per week)

Afternoon when I get home from work

Apply 1ml of 5% Kirland Minoxidil evenly on scalp (half at hairline and temples, half at crown)

Night (before bed):

Apply 1ml of Xandrox15 evenly on scalp (half at hairline and temples, half at crown)

How I Use the Products in my Regimen (my 2002 regimen)

Morning when I wake up:
Wash hair with a mix of Nizoral 2%, and a shampoo Neutragena T/Gel. Leave this on for about 10 minutes. Occasionally I use one of the other shampoos listed in my regimen. Sometimes I only use the Nizoral alone. After I wash the hair, I dry it completely. Then I apply the following:
Xandrox 12.5% cream to frontal hairline, top of head, and crown. This is about 1ml worth.
I use the 12.5% cream because it leaves my hair looking good still, whereas the other topicals tend to make the hair look dull with a powdery residue.

About 5pm everyday when I get home from work: Alternating between the following afternoon applications daily:

Alternate #1: Apply 5% Xandrox 1ml to hairline and temples, and 0.5ml to crown.
Apply topical 5% spironolactone lotion to frontal hairline, top of head, and crown areas

Alternate #2: Apply Folligen liquid using a dropper 1ml spread from hairline to crown (including temple area).

Nighttime before bed:
Apply 5% Xandrox nighttime solution to frontal hairline, top of head, and crown areas. About 1.5ml worth.
Follow this by applying 5% spironolactone to the same areas about 10 minutes later. Follow this by applying about 0.5ml of emu oil to the same areas about 10 minutes later.

The reason I apply these topicals at the times above is because the 5% formulas and the spironolactone can leave a powdery look and feel when they dry so I don't apply them in the morning. When I get home from work I don't care how my hair looks so I apply them then. The emu oil I apply at night-time because it makes your hair look very oily.
