Hello my fellow folliculary challenged friends. I'm 22 and i started losing my hair when i was around 19. My hairline has receded to a norwood 2 or 3. I have been on Xandrax 15 for about 4 or 5 months and have not seen too much improvement. I have not seen any regrowth. I only use Xandrax 15 and apply it one or two times a day.
Although i haven't seen results, i am hopeful. I believe that Dr. Richard Lee is one of the leading researchers in this field, thus Xandrax 15 is probably one of the better products.
Anyways, i will keep everyone posted on my progress. Good luck to you all. BTW, this is a great site. I am impressed with your programming skills if you learnt web design as a hobby Sam. A lot of people with a College Education in information systems can't make a site like this.

Are you only using Xandrox 15? And only once a day?
Is this what you started with? I think its too strong for just a start. You should start with 5% and twice/day.
Minox is just a hair stimulant but you need to tackle the root cause as well which is the DHT attacking your hair follicles.
You should also add one of the following combos:
Propecia + Nizoral
OR
Revivogen + Nizoral
The nizoral shampoo is used twice a day. You will see much improvement in results if you add what I suggested.
And if you like Dr.Lee, you should add Spiro as well. Even better!!

Thanks for dropping by. Your situation sounds quite similar to mine in the way your hair loss has progressed.
I would say don't quit on the Xandrox until you have given it at least about a year to guage the effect. It could take several successive hair cycles before you notice anything. Even a hair transplant doesn't look good until after about 7 months or so, and those are healthy follicles. You are trying to resurrect follicles that have been ravaged by MPB. Any noticeable effect may take a while.
I agree that Dr. Lee is one of the best hair loss focused doctors out there. His products are fantastic. I have personally had a bit more luck than you so far with them from the sounds of it (but that is subjective). I have recently purchased a digital camera so I hope to capture some of my regrowth close up with it to post on the website.
Since you are only using Xandrox, I think you may benefit from looking into using some form of dht inhibitor or anti-androgen, like finasteride, spironolactone, or revivogen. Melchangmai made some good suggestions as well.
