Cigs

Post by James » Tue Dec 20, 2005 7:08 am

OK well I have been sick for the past day and a half and due to feeling to so awful I have not smoked a cigarette. I have been a smoker for about three years. I need some encouragement to get through these next couple of days without touching the cigs!

All I can say is try to take it one day at a time. That way you only have to make it through today, and not worry about the next day... (just make sure you repeat the process tomorrow) ;)

hi there.sad to hear that you gained weight when you stopped smoking, thats the complaint of smokers, who wana stop smoking.they hide behind the reason that smoking keeps them thin so they feel that to stay thin they gotta keep on smoking.your post is a nice one. i just wanted to add thi link to motivate those who are still smoking to just stop it.
