There are over 100 varieties of pepper plants and we combine 3 varieties, mix; hand crush and package in sachets. That's it, all natural herbs dried to perfection and the finest aromatic spice quality available.Our Pepperie essential oil is also prepared with the same fine herbs for a minimum of 2 months fermentation.
