Mega H

No, it doesn't stand for Mega Hair.

It's an ingredient in this product: http://store.yahoo.com/iherb/renewal.html

I just like the combo of the ingredients, and the GliSODin is in there so I don't have to purchase it separately.

The primordial antioxidant! As the original creators of Silica Hydride and Microcluster technology, Phi Sciences sets the benchmark for quality and effectiveness in antioxdants. Mega H consists of tiny molecular cages, five nanometers in diameter, made from a silica-mineral hydride complex with embedded H- ions. Once inside the body, it releases H- ions that are the most powerful known antioxidants; increases ATP production (energy); and reduces pain, swelling, and inflammation. As a dietary supplement, Mega H Silica Hydride provides powerful hydrogen ions (hydrides), that scavenges free radicals, including hydroxyl, peroxide, superoxide and singlet oxygen radical species. Additionally Mega H has demonstrated the ability to increase internal cellular energy (ATP and NADH) and metabolic activity.

The problem with some antioxidants lies in the nature of chemical reactions in that the substance that reacts to neutralize the free radical becomes a radical, sometimes toxic to the cell and the cells around it. Phi Sciences' published research, conducted in-house as well as by prestigious universities, shows that the unique formulation and chemistry of Silica Hydride ensures sure that no toxic byproduct is created.

Specifically, Silica Hydride has been tested for effectiveness against the most harmful, as well as abundant, ROS including, but not limited to, singlet oxygen, superoxide, and hydroxyl radicals. In all the tests, Silica Hydride not only eliminated the ROS by neutralizing them, but did not become a radical itself and did not create any toxic environment. The byproduct of most of the reactions between Silica Hydride and a radical is water.

Comparing the effectiveness of Silica Hydride on ROS to other natural, and even synthetic, antioxidant compounds clearly shows that Silica Hydride is 800% more effective than either Green Tea or Grape Seed Extracts.

It's also in the MegaHydrate product you can see there.

The Renewal product looks really good. I was scared to look at the price but it wasn't all that bad and it has GliSODin in it!

It's only a 15 day supply though. Still not bad imo *if* you're not already spending money on a lot of supplements.

Shop around though. You can also get it in 120 tab containers- just not at Iherb.

The cheapest place I've seen them..so far..is http://www.vitaglo.com/sn1752.html

Free shipping over $50

I've ordered from them a few times in the past. There are some things they have that are so much cheaper than elsewhere. I've ordered sports supplements from them- they'd have a sale with only a certain # of the product available- usually nearing their expiration date. Hey..a deals a deal.

They can take awhile to get the stuff to you though. I always got mine w/in 3 weeks.

http://www.papanature.com/store/ may be cheaper depending upon how much you order..but again I think you have to add shipping charges.
