Can we save our sons from Hairloss? - A Theory

I doubt castratos ever go bald, but no one would wish that for their young male sires.
We might however, find ways to discourage rampant hormonal overload and sensitivity.

Possible strategies to avoid hairloss (in brief)

1 - Encourage good cardiovascular health and eating habits. Strong circulation through clean arteries can help.

2 - Remove red meats and fatty transfat foods from diets even at an early age. It may immediately hurt, but I'm certain my dad's fatty childhood diet hurt him in adulthood.
removing excessive hormones and fats from foods can only help keep DHT production in check.

3 - Eat organic foods and grain fed poultry if you eat foul at all. I say Fish is king and then Bird in moderation. Severely restrict school or fast food chicken.

4 - Low stress hairstyles. How many people in here FOUGHT with their hair to get it to go a certain way. First it was teasing and then the hard straight "but-cut" part for long ironed straight hair in the 90s. I will encourage them to do no styling... much like kids today. Spiking was popular in the late 90s, but now most kids just let it grow kind of shaggy and natural or keep it really short with no style.

Sounds loony, but I believe that those with the most hair now, did the least with it in the early days. Maybe stressing the hair hurts it and causes inflamation and chronic oily sebum production.

I think that this oculd go a long way to help our young.

How many of us:

Ate fatty fast foods growing up
overstyled our hair
Ate lots of meats

Adding one more idea:

Avoid microwaves or let food cool for a minute before ingesting.

Another one;

Avoid problems with sebum flow.
