This is from the Q&A section..from Dr. Yechiel:

Green banana peel has many advantages but of the most impressive ones is its ability to stimulate substantial cell multiplication and wound healing. Green banana peel has demonstrated its activity in healing peptic ulcers induced by aspirin. Green banana peel was effective as both prophylactic and remedial treatment. It repaired the mucous tissue and repaired the underlying tissue by inducing cell proliferation. Our experience with green banana peels indicated great improvement in the appearance of skin ulcerations and post-acne skin depressions. This can make it a critical ingredient for renewal and proliferation of hair root cells (of course, it has to be mobilized to the roots first and it has to induce a proliferative effect on these cell types). One of the active ingredients in green banana peel combating and repairing peptic ulcer induced by aspirin is a the flavonoid leucocyanidin. Green banana peel also contains important polysaccharides, enzymes and many other interesting components.
It was the one ingredient I hadn't seen being discussed in these type of forums.
