Hi everyone,

I want to share a most comprehensive and helpful guide to hair from Philip Kingsley's website which I find very informative, scientific and helpful which I am putting into practice with great results I might add.

I have also tried several Philip Kingsley hair products such as the Elasticizer Extreme and Swimcap; when used correctly, that is, as instructed, they are incredible. I have been using the Elasticizer Extreme and Swimcap for several months and they have protected and nourished my hair amid the harsh chlorine swimming pool water and various chemical hair processing. The Elasticizer Extreme can bring elasticity to the most desperate hair.

Philip Kingsley is a tricologist so he knows hair which is reflected in all his products although I have not tried his hair supplement.
