Leonor Greyl Hair Treatment

Post by Natasha26 » Mon Jun 04, 2012 10:25 pm

Hello everyone,

I have been wanting to share this amazing hair shampoo by Leonor Greyl called Shampooing Reviviscence which I am absolutely loving. It is very expensive for a shampoo, at 49 euros, and I took the splurge saying to myself that this shampoo better do it all at this price!

Lo and Behold! When I use this shampoo, of which only a very small quantity is needed each time, I don't need to use any conditioner or hair mask for my hair to be splendid. I have very dry, brittle hair and this shampoo literally whips it back into shape. I don't regret my purchase and I have been using it for two months three times a week and I still have a long way to go.

The innovative ingredients in the Reviviscence Shampoo from Leonor GREYL are Amaranth extracts and Sea Lavender which sounds very exotic but really deliver. I just shampoo, lather, wash and lather again and let it sits for 10 minutes and I know my hair will look good. But because this is a very rich shampoo, I think it works better in winter than summer.

I have also used other products from Leonor Greyl but this shampoo is by far their star product.

Cheers,
Natasha

Hi israelite,

Yeah this shampoo is a dream, i like it alot because of it really being a 3 in 1 shampoo, shampoo-mask-detangling property.
And the smell is divine. So, I can justify its cost.

In the same line, Leonor Greyl has a mask called Masque Quintessence which I haven't tried yet.

Is there an English version?

Quite a few crazy chemical-sounding ingreds there. I don't doubt it makes the hair nice though.

Hi Jacob, yeah the ingredient list sounds very exotic!

But it whips the hair back in shape like you wouldn't believe it. It is a luxurious shampoo, maybe the best shampoo for crappy, dry, straw-like hair like mine especially in winter.

Israelite, what kind of hair do you have?

I mean, long, shoulder-length or short? And what texture?

I ask because then I may be able to recommend the shampoos that may work best for you based on what I have used.

Also, what kind of scalp do you have, oily, dry or mixed?

I choose my shampoos based on my scalp and hair condition and these two are not necessarily the same condition all year round.
