Ive been popping in our of these forms infrequently in the last years.
Browsing whats on the topicals and alot of the theories.

Whats come to light is that Estradiol is abig factor.
I have a feeling it is the "story" of estrogens rise in the body that will give big clues :))

Inhibiting estradiol isnt enough

More about what factors are stimulating aromatase.

ie cortisol levels

Why are estradiol levels bad for the hair?
Or why are cortisol levels bad?

Estradiol is the female hormone and women have better/more hair than men, so more estradiol should mean better hair (among some bad things, like man boobs).

I was also thinking on blocking aromatase in order to stop conversion from testosterone to estradiol/estrogen, because I started taking Finasteride about 2 months ago, and I also suspect my estradiol levels are higher than normal or at least optimal.

I was thinking on taking Super MiraForte:
Amount Per Serving (2 servings a day)
Zinc (as zinc monomethionine) 7.5 mg
Chrysin 750 mg
Muira puama (Ptychopetalum olacoides) extract (bark) 425 mg
Maca (Lepidium meyenii) (root) 160 mg
Nettle (Urtica dioica) methanolic extract (root) 141 mg
Ginger (Zingiber officinale) extract (rhizome) 25 mg
HMRlignan™ Norway spruce (Picea abies) lignan extract (knot wood) [standardized to 90% Hydroxymatairesinol potassium acetate (15.03 mg)] 16.7 mg
Bioperine® piperine [from black pepper (Piper nigrum) extract (fruit)] 7.5 mg
