Anyone who has indian friends/relative etc and can find out from them more about fenugreek seeds? Apparently indians use this as a hair treatment and it contains stuff like protein, hormone precursors and some phyto things.

google the topic: I found loads, e.g. http://www.botanical.com/botanical/mgmh/f/fenugr07.html. NOt a magic bullet for hair loss, but good for general health.

I think there are several modes of action why fenugreek may help one of which is improving cholesterol levels.

The Folligro oral Biospray contain Beta Sitosterol in a liposomal base so on paper may be a good product!

Thanks

This is true. Fenugreek prevents hair loss and stimulate hair growth. Make a paste by grinding fenugreek seeds with water. Massage on the scalp after oiling the hair and leave it for one hour before washing. Repeat it every morning for a month.
