I emailed this company for information and here is their response

I also take the polygala in a pill form, it is in the shen min dht blocker. It is name after a guy who had long black healthy hair in old age. It's also called He Shou wu and Ho shou wu

Am looking to use Revagain - it looks really good. But, have not been able to source it from anywhere? Tried a few Korean sites but got no reply. Am UK based. Do you know if anyone supplies / an alternative?

Welcome to HLF regularguyza. The only thing I've seen is Alibaba site that requires something like a 100 minimum # of units ordered. Have you tried contacting them directly? Sometimes companies can direct you to their distributors etc.
