ONe of the better curcumin supps is by LEF called BCM-95. Only downside it is more expensive. I took that for about a month but I am now trying a cheaper version from Swanson's called Meriva Turmeric Extract. They say it has enhanced bio-availability.

Also I am getting a resvertrol synergistic blend from swansons. So far they seem effective. There are a lot of crazy Resv supplements out there, some are micronized trans-resv and some are liposomal and some are combined with Quercetin to increase effectiveness. However these products are expensive and out of my range for daily use.

I should mention NanoGreens contains both Curcumin and Resveratrol..and the product uses lipo-encapsulation tech.

kamisama,

I heard Resveratrol increases testosterone levels, are you noticing more hair loss since taking it?

No. Increased testosterone is not necessarily a bad thing.

Another encapsulated Resveratrol product: http://www.siselinternational.com/produ ... htm?id=759

Looks like it's MLM...

On the NanoGreens..it contains Polygonum Cuspidatum (15% Resveratrol) 50 mg..which is encapsulated. But it's their other product that contains the Circumin:
NanOmega3's golden color comes from its organic golden flax and non-gmo curcumin extract containing 85% circuminoids. Each serving of NanOmega3 provides 70 mg of circumin extract from turmeric!

I don't know if this has been posted yet: Liposome encapsulation of curcumin and resveratrol in combination reduces prostate cancer incidence in PTEN knockout mice.

I would say Terminal 1 and 2..but that's just with my own experience with them so far, and only time will tell if it'll be long-term.

Never cared for the Spectral company. Too much that didn't add up..including claiming in emails etc that everything is encapsulated in nanosomes...and yet on their website and even packaging you could tell it was just the herbal ingredients.
