Triaxon.
It's been around for a looooooong while, but I haven't been able to find very much news on it while lurking around the forums. That should probably an indication that it doesn't work very well.... but I couldn't find one person who used it and then spoke their opinions on it. I just saw it on the Canadian Shopping Channel, which also made me head-tilt. Someone managed to email the company and get the list of ingredients. Apparently, the company likes to sell their product only through distributors, as it provides some from of 'less-expensive' marketing (I guess you don't pay too much to have your product sold through the Shopping Channel). I don't know if I'm allowed to post the forum I got this from, but here are the ingreds:

It does look interesting. Maybe they'll be the next to give out free samples. Guess you have to call 'em up though
I noticed there's a thread at HLH on it..from 2002.

Yea, they also got a notice from the FDA, apparently. They couldn't claim it could regrow hair, and have to instead claim it as a cosmetic product. Whatever, I hate the FDA anyway, and I'm not even American.

Alot of these formulas are loosely based around trichogen formulation. They are good to boost cell production after slowing the inflammation/immune response first.

Nothing exciting to me....and I'm guessing Dr. Y will post anything on his site or forum before he does so here.

Its a product that may help with growth.
However in my view you would need a topical to slow hairloss thats more "potent "before adding this botanical blend later.

Triaxon. / ornithine
Have you ever found any similar items that have ornithine in them or was this the only one? Not sure whether it does anything toward this end, anyway.
An amino acid, ornithine is sometimes used in supplements.

Re: Triaxon.
I use Triaxon that I buy on the Shopping Channel in Canada. It works really well if you use it as directed but it takes about 3 months of continuous use to start regrowing the hair. They have a 6 month guarantee on it, so you have lots of time to try it out. I believe my hair thinning is caused by diabetes and after using it about 6 months now, it's certainly not going back. I have had white hair for about 20 years and the new hair is now about 1 1/2 inches long and is black! I am only using the Ionic XP powershot ultra serum and the Ionic XP balanced advanced and the whole process takes less than a minute a night. I have no idea where you can get it in the US, but I know that although it is made in Canada, it is sold in the US.
