Hey Guys,
Im 21 Years old and have recently noticed that my hairline has receded a good half inch in the temporal area.
I have been noticing this rather alarming and rapid change over the past few months and have finally admitted to myself that I am in the early stages of MPB.
My brother is 24 and his hair has thinned all over dramatically over the last couple of years to the point where you can see his entire scalp. I am rather worried that my form of balding will be very much the same as his which means no hair for me within a couple of years!
I have decided that I must do something to prevent this inevitable demon and hope that with the guidance and support of people who have already been through my situation, I may find a solution to at least prevent any further balding.
I am currently not using any items to help me!

Welcome Jack,
I was in the same boat as you. My hair loss started at an early age as well. What I would recommend to you at this point would be to do something to fight DHT (and a lot of treatments claim to do this but only a very small few actually work) and also do something to stimulate growth.
I would suggest if you just want to keep what you have then Proscar cut up into quarters (which is equal to 1.25mg of Finasteride) or Propecia (1mg Finasteride). This is an FDA approved drug that combats the formation of DHT. Some people don't want to take something internal. A good alternative DHT-fighter and anti-androgen, which can be used topically, is Revivogen. To try to regrow your lost hair, at your age and with your hair loss, you can use 2% Minoxidil, but if you'd like to you can also go for the more potent 5% Minoxidil.
I would use these for at the very least 6 months and assess how they are working before trying anything else. Make sure you take before and after pictures so that you can view your results as objectively as possible.
This would be a good starting place.
Regards,
Sam
